The People at Risk are those who spend time in bars and gaming facilities that can still allow smoking due to current local and state laws – service industry employees working in bars, customers, waiters, gaming facility employees, maintenance workers, entertainers, DJs and musicians.

Let’s be totally clear: all Louisianans deserve protection from secondhand smoke. Chronic exposure to secondhand smoke isn’t just a short-term nuisance, it makes people sick and can even be deadly.
